Heat Exchanger
The Sirocco heat exchangers impress with their durability and quality. Heat exchangers up to 6 m length, temperatures from minus 50 degrees to plus 650 degrees Celsius and applications in nuclear power plants, maritime, generators or sewage treatment plants, to name just a few, are part of our standard portfolio.
Our design engineers use a wide variety of materials such as copper, copper-nickel alloys, aluminium, titanium, steel and stainless steel. Our products are tested and checked according to the usual quality standards according to PED. Product approvals according to DNV-GL, LRS, BV, ABS, KR and ASME VIII are also possible.
All of our products are as safety heat exchangers available.
Finned tube heat exchanger
Designs: With removable water chambers or completely welded for steam

Sizes: Up to 4×2,5 meters

Plain tube heat exchanger
Designs: Straight tube and U-tube design, fixed and pullable tube bundle
Operating temperatures: Up to 600°C
Sizes: Diameter up to 1,2 meters
Length about 6 meters
Pressures: Up to 50 bar
Materials: Tubes made of steel, brass, CuNi alloys or stainless steel
Plate heat exchanger
Desings: Screwed, hard-soldered or fully welded
Operating temperatures: Up to 250°C
Sizes: 3 x 3 x 1 meters
Pressures: Up to 40 bar
